He brings strategic oversight, governance leadership, and institutional credibility at board, investor, and public-sector level.

Formerly COO of Black Ubuntu Technologies, he led operational excellence, cross-functional execution, and platform scaling in fast-growth environments. At PSP, he drives operational discipline, scalable systems, and execution across strategic initiatives.

Phindile Xaba

Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for financial governance, reporting, compliance, and capital discipline across the firm. She brings over eight years of experience in audit and accounting, with a strong background in public sector accountability and enterprise finance. A University of Cape Town graduate, she provides trusted financial stewardship supporting PSP's growth and long-term impact.
